Awkwardness is not something that rests easily on the shoulders of anyone, and she has had so few encounters with it that she is a bit unsure of what to do. Especially since it was her mistake that landed her in Jim's room, and she has dragged the captain down. Instead of focusing on any of that, Spock simply represses her thoughts, and follows Jim out, heading for the turbolift.
